To register for an account, visit the official website and select Sign In My Account at the top-left corner of the page. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can register. To do so, click on No Account? Register Now!

Then, you’ll be asked to select a method where you’d like to validate your account, you can use your Account Number, Service Address, or your Phone Number.

1. For the Phone Number, you have to enter a mobile number or a landline that is on your account.

2. If you’d use an address, you need to provide the complete address! They’ll need Street Address, Apartment or Unit, Zip Code, Cox PIN, or the Last 4 Digits of your SSN.

3. Lastly, if you ought to use your account number, you need to provide your Account Number or the Last 4 Digits of Your SSN or your Cox PIN.
