- Drop at a FedEx shipping center within 7 days.
- Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to schedule a pick-up.
Tip: You’ll need to send the phone back within 7 days, so Xfinity will receive it within 20 days after requesting the return.
If you simply want to exchange your phone and not cancel your Xfinity Mobile service, it’s also an option you can do.

- Visit an Xfinity Store to exchange your faulty device.

- The device needs to be in excellent condition.
- No signs of physical or water damage.

Note: Not meeting these requirements will only entitle you to a partial refund.

- You will be charged a $35 restocking fee.
