3. Install and place an exterior coating for the wires (for protection against electrocution).

Step #6. Locate and Check the Junction Box

Then, for the outdoor cables, what you want to do is to check if there’s anything wrong with the telephone jack by locating the junction box.

Here’s how you can find it and what you need to do:

1. Go to the coaxial point where the Sky landline is connected to.
2. Then, outside your home, trace where it passes through.

To power cycle your hub or your router, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that the device is powered on.
2. If your hub has a [PWR] or [STANDBY] button, press it.
3. Once turned off, unplug the power cable from the mains for 30 to 45 seconds.
4. Then, plug the device back in and power it again.
