After opening a web browser, access the Admin Facility (type in http://10.0.0.1 on your web browser).

If you have not personalized or changed it, then you can log in with the default credentials, which is “admin” for its username and “password” for its password.

- Look for a long and thin object that is enough to press the little button. You may use the tip of a paper clip or hairpin.
- Press and hold the button for 15-20 seconds until the Led lights will blink in the process

Step 2. Click “LOGIN”
Once you log in, the page will immediately ask you to set up a new ID and security code for the Admin Tool.

You can also change it at the top right corner of the website and enter your new passcode for your web community.

- Press Download or Get and wait for the installation to finish
- Once done, it’ll ask you for your login; input your credentials to be able to log in

Step 2. Tap the Internet Icon

Enter and save your new access and passcode. Easy, right? Now your gateway will only take a few minutes to update your settings!
Step 5. Reconnect Your Wireless Devices to Your Wi-Fi Network

- Open your browser and type in the website
- Log in your Xfinity username and password and select Settings
