However, you can also manoeuvre with changing or adjusting your subscription, which does not mean cancellation, instead, it’s more like an “adjustment”.
There are several ways that you can manage your Voxi plan, and one of them is complete cancellation, which disables everything!

However, in case you’re hard on your decision and you want to disable Voxi entirely, next we’re going to explain just how!
You can easily cancel your Voxi mobile plan through the official website by logging in to your Account and managing your subscription.

Here’s how to cancel your Voxi Plan through the website in easy steps!
The very first step is to navigate to the official Voxi website from where you’ll be able to sign in and deactivate your account.
It’s important to make sure that you’re on the official page to avoid landing on a fake link that might steal your password.
You can use any device to go to the Voxi website, as long as it’s connected to the internet.
From the Voxi landing page, you’ll have to click on the Sign-in button on the top right.
You’ll be redirected to the Sing-in page where you’ll need to insert your Username and Password on the left side.
In case you’re unable to log into your account, you need to make sure that your SIM has been activated and that 24 hours have passed after activation.
In case you don’t remember the Voxi login credentials you can always use “Forgot my Password” to be redirected to the recovery page.
From there you’ll need to insert your Voxi Mobile Number where you’ll receive a temporary password that you can use to sign in.
Tip: If you don’t know your Voxi number, dial *#100# to see the number!
Once you’re signed in to your Voxi account, on the top right you should be able to see the My Plans tab that you need to open.
From there you will see ALL your Voxi subscriptions. What you need to do next is select the Voxi plan you want to cancel.
The final step is the easiest. All you need to do once you’ve selected the Voxi plan is click on the Cancel Plan button.
You’ll be asked whether you want to continue since cancelling the plan will automatically opt you out and you’ll no longer be charged.
Your Voxi line will then be dispatched from 6 to 9 months in case you do not resubscribe in that period. You don’t need to remove the SIM card.
Your services will be active until the end of the billed period. However, once the subscription expires ALL services will be deactivated until further notice.

It’s easy and does not require users to sign-in to their Voxi accounts, which is suitable if you want to perform the cancellation as quickly as possible.
- You only need to send a message to 65075 with the text “PAC”
- In case that does not work, send a message to 75075 with the text “STAC”
Don’t forget that you can always call 0808 004 5205 to reach a Voxi representative that would love to help you out with the cancellation.
This might turn out to be necessary for users with special cancellation requirements or any specific questions regarding the plans.

With Voxi “Pausing” simply means deactivating and then reactivating your plan. In other words, there is no separate “pause” feature that you can use.
Instead, you need to follow the steps above to disable the Voxi plan for a maximum of 6 months.
The Voxi line will be disconnected if you don’t resubscribe within 6 months!
Once your plan has been cancelled you only need to press “Stay with Plan” to regain the services and restart your subscription.

In case you didn’t know you can simply cancel your Voxi plan instead of performing a complete cancellation.
This option is suitable for users that still want to use Voxi but want lower monthly subscription costs or just want to deactivate some services that they don’t find useful.
- Users need to sign in to the Voxi accounts on the website, and go to My Plans!
From there you can change your Voxi plan according to your needs, and explore extra features which you can include or remove from your plan.
It all happens within minutes but for the changes to take effect, you would need to wait for your old plan to expire.
The new Voxi plan that you’ve selected will become active after the paid 30-day plan expires.
Sadly, you can’t switch immediately from one plan to another since you’ve already paid for what you’re currently using.
