This is an effective remedy against any hardware or software issues with the gateway and can restore the connectivity to the AT&T ONT service box.
How to Power Cycle the AT&T BGW320 Gateway?
- Unplug the power adapter of the gateway from the wall.
- Disconnect the other end of the cable from the gateway.
- Wait for 60 seconds while the BGW320 is discharging.
- Reinstall the power adapter of the device into the outlet.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the electrical port.
How to Power Cycle the AT&T Service Box?
- Disconnect the Power cable from the service box.
- Unplug the other end of the cable from the outlet.
