How To Fix Arris Router WiFi Not Working?
Once you’ve acknowledged the possible causes for this issue, you can initiate the troubleshooting with a firm restart on your router. Some Arris routers include a restart button, so if yours doesn’t have one, you can try the Power Cycle.
Solution #1 Hard Reset Arris Router
If your router doesn’t have a restart button, the best alternative is the power cycle method. The hard reset or also known as the power cycle will definitely cool down your device and provide a clean boot the next time you start it.

Once you found the required button, follow these instructions:
- Hold the reset button on your Arris router for 30 seconds.
- Unplug the power adapter and wait for another 30 seconds.
- Plug the adapter and simultaneously hold the reset button for the final 30 seconds.
This process might take a couple of minutes so brace yourself with patience!
Solution #6 Disconnect VPN Software
