To turn off/on your iPhone and Apple Watch, press the top or side button until the slider appears. Drag the slider to the right.

Solution #1: Make Sure Your Watch is Tracking Your Steps
The Health app on your iPhone lets you view your fitness progress in one place.
It automatically tracks your activity data, including your steps and walking/running distances.

- Go to Settings.
- Select Privacy.
