Solution #1: Check the Batteries

The light won’t stop flashing, and the remote will stop working until you remove and change the batteries.

1. At the backside of the remote, you will see the battery compartment.
2. Open it to expose the batteries.
3. Take out the two batteries.
4. Put in new ones of the same size.
5. Close the battery compartment.

2. Select Preferences > Pair Remote.
