Step #1: Ensure That All Wires and Cables Are Connected

2. Leave it unplugged for about five (5) seconds and Plug it back to power again.
3. The box might display a Hold, preceded by a Turn on icon.
4. Wait for about three (3) to five (5) minutes as it usually takes that long.
5. You’ll know that it’s Reset when the front panel of the cable box displays the time.

Method 2:

1. Press and hold INFO, VOL +, and VOL – on the cable box until the device turns off on its own.
2. When it turns off, Release the Buttons.
3. Wait for about Three (3) to Five (5) minutes for the system to reinitialize.
4. You will know that it’s reset when the cable box Displays the time.

NOTE:

There are some cases where the cable box might display random alphanumeric characters. When this happens, just leave it – it’s normal. It will be gone and replaced with the time after the reset process.
