  1. Open the Messaging app on the Android mobile device.
  2. Access the dial pad once you’ve accessed the platform.
  3. Enter “##(Forwarding Code)#” and send the message.
  4. Wait until you’ve received the deactivation feedback.

6. Set Telstra as the “Default” Carrier
