If you bought a Super Router
Step #1: Ready your master socket
You need to find the master socket in your home. Usually two types of wall plugs you can find there:
Type One: Standard master socket: You need a micro-filter to connect your telephone or router due to only one port.
Type Two: Pre-filtered master socket: Here your wire is separated, one is for your phone and the other is for broadband connection.
You can put your device directly into a pre-filtered master socket.
Step #2: Connect your Router
You should set up your router depends on the socket you have at home. Choose yours from one of the below.
Type One: Standard master socket
- You should put the micro-filter with the broadband wire into the socket.
- You should put the other terminal of the broadband wire into the broadband port on your Super Router.
- Insert the power wire into the Super Device’s power port
- Switch on the power socket.
- Push the Super Router’s power button.
Type Two: Pre-filtered master socket
- Put the broadband wire straight into the top or left-hand port on the socket.
- Put the other terminal of the broadband wire into the broadband port on your Super Device.
- Put the power wire into the Super Router’s power port, and press it into the wall
- Make the switch one.
- Push the power button

- Place the wireless device in a centralized area for maximum wireless coverage for the network devices.
- For the best front-to-rear coverage, place the device in an upright position.
- For the best up-and-down coverage, set the Talk Talk in an inclined position.
Step #4: Check your Router’s light
- Make sure the power light is Green.
- If the Internet light is Green, it means you’re connected to broadband.
- When Wireless light is blinking, you’re connected to Wi-Fi
Step #5: Connect your devices to your wifi
- Find your router’s wifi-network and password on the back of it

Step #2: Make your Wifi Hub connected
You should assemble your device based on the socket you already have at home. Choose a suitable one from one of the below.
Type One: Standard master socket
- Put the micro-filter with the broadband wire into the master socket
- Put the other terminal of the broadband wire into the broadband port on your Hub
- Put the power wire into the Wi-Fi Hub’s power port, and press it into the wall.
- Turn on the power socket.
- Push wifi hub’s power button
- The light on the front of the Hub will appear.
Type Two: Pre-filtered master socket
- Put the broadband cable straight into the top or left-hand port on the socket
- Put the other terminal of the broadband wire into the broadband port on your Hub
- Insert the power wire into the Wi-Fi Hub’s power port and put it into the wall. Turn on the switch
- Push the Wi-Fi Hub’s power button
- The light on the front of the Hub will appear.
Step #3: Place your Router right

Steps
- Open your browser and type in 192.168. 1.1(Talktalk device IP address) and load to the talk talk dashboard page
- Enter your device user name and password shown on the sticker attached on the back of your Super Router
- Click the Maintain button in the upper right corner
- Click Account Management from the left navigation bar
- Click Edit under Change WEB Account Password
- Enter your current and a new password
- Click Save after confirming it
# TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub Login
Steps
- Open your browser and type in 192.168.1.1 (Talktalk router IP address) and load to the talktalk dashboard page
- Login to TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub with your device user name and password. You’ll find these on the sticker after you removing the wifi information card.
- Select See Internet Settings on the left.
- Click Manage advanced settings shown in purple
- Choose Access Control
- Find the User tab
- Enter your current and a new password
- Click Apply after you confirm it
