- Swipe left or right to find the Oura app preview.
- Swipe up on the preview to close the app.
Android
- Tap the square button on the bottom of your screen to open the Recent Apps view.
- Swipe left or right to find the Oura app preview.
- Swipe up on the preview to close the app.
Note: Force quitting the app results in potential data loss or unsaved changes. Back up or save important information to prevent this.
2. Forget Your Oura Ring and Re-Pair it With Your Device
