In case the Peacock app is not available in the LG Content store, there are quite a few different ways to stream Peacock.
Test all of the methods below to discover a suitable way to stream!
1. Use a Streaming Device!
A streaming device will be able to connect to the HDMI input of your LG TV and when you select the correct source, the feed would appear.
Then using your streaming device you can get the Peacock app installed and start streaming on your old LG TV.
Note: A strong and reliable WiFi is necessary to download and stream Peacock!
- Google Chromecast
Setting up a Google Chromecast is easy:
- Plug the Chromecast into the HDMI input of your TV.
- Connect the Google Chromecast to power via USB.
- Switch the LG TV source and connect Chromecast to WiFi.
- Both your phone and Chromecast must be on the same WiFi.
- Download the Chromecast Streamer app to mirror the screen.
