#1: Check Your Device’s Date and Time Settings

One of the simplest solutions is to check your device’s time and date settings. When these don’t match your time zone, it can cause incompatibility and confusion with your top ups.

Here’s how you do this:

iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap on the General option.
  3. Select Date and Time.
  4. Toggle the Set Automatically switch to Off.
  5. Set the date and time manually.

Android:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings app.
  2. Tap on System.
  3. Select Date and Time.
  4. Toggle the Automatic option switch to Off.
  5. Set the date and time manually.
