Whichever the case, it is possible to restore your Breezeline TV signal issues in a few steps. Below are the steps you can take to resolve your issues.
1. Select the Appropriate Input to Get Signal on Breezline TV
The first step should be to check and see if you have selected the appropriate input.
If you select an option that is not already set up on your TV, you will not be able to find a signal.
If you are using a TV box, you have to select the HDMI option. Make sure that your TV box is well connected to your TV.
Steps to select the appropriate TV input option on your remote
- Turn on your Breezeline TV and Cable box.
- Using your TV remote, navigate to the Input or Source button.
- Press the Input or Source button to bring up the list of available input options.
- Scroll through the list of input options until you find the option labeled HDMI or Cable Box.

4. Reset Breezeline Modem for Internet Signal
The other reason your TV might lack a signal is a poor internet connection. If you are using Breezeline internet, you may have trouble connecting to TV if your internet is down.
The internet signal could be affected by many factors. Among these factors include temporary glitches affecting your modem or router.
To resolve internet issues, we are going to reset the modem. This is the most appropriate approach to refresh your modem’s internet.
How to reset your Breezeline modem:
- Locate the power cord on your Breezeline modem and unplug it from the power source.
- If your modem uses a backup battery, locate the battery from the back of your modem
- Remove that battery from your modem and press the Power button for 10 seconds
- Wait for at least 30 seconds to a minute to allow the modem to fully shut down and clear any residual power.
- After 30 seconds, plug the power cord back into the modem and wait for the modem to fully power up.
