1. Verify your Payment Status
If you experience issues with your Breezeline internet, one of the first things you should check is your payment status.
Your service may have been suspended or throttled because you haven’t paid your bill on time or have exceeded your data limit.
- Log in to your Breezeline account online.
- Type in your Breezeline username and password.
- Go to the Billing section.
- Check if you have outstanding balances or overdue payments.
- Choose a payment method and pay your bill.
- If you exceeded your data limit, wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan.
After paying your bill or getting a plan upgrade, we recommend restarting your modem and router before checking your internet connection.
This is to ensure that your connection is refreshed and it detects that you don’t have any pending payments.

Note: If your modem has a backup battery, remove it. Then, put it back in after at least 30 seconds.
