- On Windows 11 or 10 go into the Control Panel.
- Click on the “Network and Sharing Center”.

Enable Xfinity HotSpot MacOS:

You may need to scroll down and then select the “share your connection from” button and select the Xfinity internet source to share.

2. Soft-Reset the Xfinity HotSpot!

The process involves unplugging the Xfinity mobile or computer from the power and then re-enabling the WiFi hotspot.

- Alternatively, enable the WiFi and attempt to connect to Xfinity.

Xfinity WiFi HotSpot Not Working on Laptop?

The steps below are designed to completely troubleshoot any connection errors and enable you to utilize a WiFi hotspot.
Windows Laptop:
- Open the Start Menu and select the Shut Down option.
- After 30 seconds, turn on the computer and wait to load.
- From the right on the Taskbar, open the Wireless Adapter.
- Right-click on the Xfinity WiFi HotSpot and select Forget.
- Next, click on the Wireless Adapter icon to turn it OFF.
- Turn on the adapter and connect to Xfinity WiFi Hotspot.
MacOS (Macbook):
- On your Macbook, click on the Apple Icon.
- Next, select the “System Preferences” tab.
- From the left panel, select the Xfinity Hotspot.
- Insert the correct WiFi password to connect.
- In case this doesn’t work, reboot the MacBook.
