- Turn ON your TV and Virgin Media TV Box.
- On your Virgin Box remote press the Home button.
- In the Menu, navigate to the Help & Settings tab.

- Choose the Dolby Audio setting.
- Change from Dolby Digital to PCM.
Then, it’s important to disable the Dolby Digital audio on your TV as well:
