How Do Peloton Profiles Work?
You must associate a paid membership once a Peloton profile is added to your fitness device.
Hence, two or more profiles cannot simultaneously share access to a Peloton App Membership.
The difference between a Peloton “Account” and a Peloton “Profile” is that the Peloton account connects your device profile to the paid membership.
You cannot have a paid profile on a fitness device unless you first created a paid account through the Peloton website!

1. Reconnect Your Peloton to Wi-Fi!

Follow these steps to reconnect the Peloton device to a Wi-Fi network:
- Select the Wi-Fi symbol on the top-right corner of the device.
- Next, wait for all available networks to appear on the screen.
- Select your wireless network from all of the on-screen options.
- Input the Wi-Fi password for the network and press “Connect.”
- Finally, wait until the device establishes the Wi-Fi connection.
Effective Methods to Improve Peloton Wi-Fi!
Multiple ways exist to improve the connection strength between the Peloton and the network router.

- Press the “plus” sign on the homepage of the Peloton device.
- Input the personal information required for the new profile.
- Input the paid membership details for the Peloton platform.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your new profile.
Alert: The new Peloton user must have different credentials than the existing ones!
5. Reconnect the Peloton Safety Key!
If the Peloton not loading profile, a reliable solution is to disconnect the safety key and place it back onto the magnetic pad.

Also, remember that restoring the Peloton device to factory defaults will also erase all workout configurations on the device.
