To transfer ALDI ownership, contact ALDI and speak to an agent about the upcoming transfer. After that, download the “Change of Ownership” form, fill it out, and send it to ALDI Mobile for revision.

Is Change of Ownership ALDI Mobile Possible?
Once registered with your personal information, alteration of your ALDI subscriber account’s ownership requires contacting ALDI Mobile support and filling out a form.
Once ALDI has reviewed your form and all of the associated information, you will be notified about the change.
To pass ALDI’s checks and switch the name of your account, you need the following:

1. Notify ALDI About the Name Change
Altering the ownership of your ALDI subscription requires notifying an agent about the upcoming personal data substitute.
Once you’ve come to a mutual agreement with the new owner of your subscription, you can get in touch with an agent of ALDI Mobile at 1300 989 000.
Note: Charges may apply.
Provide the agent with the personal information included in the subscription and the details about the ownership change request.
You will probably be reminded that you must fill out the Ownership Change form, available through the website of the ALDI Mobile provider.
How to Acquire ALDI Ownership Information?
It is always best to consult with an agent first since they can notify you about ongoing issues with your subscription or potential reasons why changing the owner is currently not possible.
Once you have been informed about the status of your subscription, download the form.
Note: The agent will provide you with extra ownership details.
2. Fill Out the Ownership Change Form
After notifying ALDI about the ownership alteration you’re planning on, the next step is to fill out the Ownership Change Form.
You can find and download the ALDI Ownership Change Form under the “How Do I Change the Owner of My Account” section.
You must fill out the following 4 sections of the ownership change form:
[Section 1] The Service/s to be Transferred
In the first section, you would have to fill out a list of account and mobile numbers you wish to be transferred during the procedure.
Each mobile number must be associated with an account to be brought online and used by the recipients of your ALDI Mobile subscription.
If you are transferring all of your services, a new account will be hosted, containing only the relevant ALDI Mobile services, and moved to the new owner.
[Section 2a] The Current Account Holder Details
This guide requires entering personal information about the current holder of the ALDI plan, including Full Name and Title, Date of Birth, Contact Number, and Email Address.
[Section 2b] The Agreement (Current Holder)
This section requires mutual agreement between both parties and the signature of the current holder of your ALDI plan.
The details you must fill out within this section are the Full Name and Signature of the current holder, as well as the date on which you’re filling out the ALDI form.
[Section 3a] The New Account Holder
In Section 3A, you must fill out a personal information table regarding the new account holder.
Completing this step requires the name, date of birth, contact number, and physical address of the new account holder.
Once you have the required information, fill out the table.
[Section 3b] New Holder Identify Information
After confirming the personal details of the new holder in Section 3a, you must verify his identity using a driver’s license, a Medicare card, or a valid password if not Australian.
If you’re filling out the ownership form for a non-Australian resident, you must include the issuing country.
[Section 4] The Agreement (New Holder)
The final section of the Ownership Change form is the mutual agreement between both parties and the confirmation of all pending liabilities for the new account holder.
The form has included all points that the new older must agree with and notice as legal consequences and taxes.

3. Submit the Form to AUDI
The final step is to submit the ownership change form you’ve just filled out so the ALDI authorities can review it.
If all information on the form is valid and there is no misused or misplaced information, you should answer to the associated email address by both parties.
Method #1 Send the Form Via Email
The easiest method to submit the form is to send it to feedback@aldimobile.com.au.
All you have to do is attach the filled PDF form from your computer’s drive to your email service.
Next, include your personal information in the description of the message, and send it to ALDI Mobile.
Method #2 Submit the Form Physically
Submitting the Change of Ownership form physically requires printing all three of the form documents.
You can either type the required information through your computer before printing the form or handwrite the necessary information once you’re holding the form on A4 pages.
The ownership change request will be actioned within 2 business days of the submission and any delays will also be reflected on the associated email addresses.
Note: If ALDI reviews and allows the ownership alteration, the personal information of the current owner will be automatically changed.
How to Change ALDI Mobile Account Name?
If you wish to remain the owner of your ALDI account but change the displayed name, there’s an alternative form you must fill out and submit to ALDI mobile.
The “Change of Account Name Request” form can be downloaded through the very same page as the Ownership Request.
Let’s learn what are the steps for altering the ALDI account name!
1. Download the Name Change Form
The first step is to download and Change of Account Name Request form at ALDI Mobile’s Manage Service Section.
Once you have the form, you can either print it and handwrite the necessary information if you’re going to submit it physically or upload it to Word and fill it there.
2. Fill Out the Necessary Information
Same as with the Ownership Request, the Change of Account Name Request also consists of 4 sections and each requires details about the current holder and the future holder.
You must complete the following sections in the Account Change Request:
[Section 1] Account Requiring Change
In this step, fill out the account number or mobile service number that you wish to change the name for.
You can acquire that information by contacting an agent or checking your account.
[Section 2] Your Details
Now, fill out the account holder’s previous full name, the holder’s new full name, and the general details required in the next sections. You must provide a working contact number.
[Section 3] Document Attached
You must attach a personal document for verification of the current and new account holder.
You can use a Marriage Certification or statutory Declaration of Certification of Name Change.
[Section 4] The Agreement
In the final section, fill out the personal details, Full Name, Signature, and Date, of the new account holder as a mutual agreement between both parties.
Notice: Before downloading or sending the application, check if all fields are filled out.
3. Submit the Application
The last step is to submit the application physically at an ALDI Mobile office or send it via email at feedback@aldimobile.com.au.
It may take up to 2 business days until the application is reviewed and you shall receive an answer about whether the Change is accepted in your email.
