1. Hold the Virgin Box Power Button!

The red light could also indicate a power issue with the Virgin box, so holding the power button for long enough will cause the TV box to shut down, reboot and cycle the electrical voltage.
- Hold the power button for 10 seconds to discharge the Virgin Stream box!
