  3. Select System Updates.
  4. Choose Update PRL.
Note: After the update process completes, you will need to restart your iPhone for the settings to take effect.

2. Update Your Phone’s Carrier Settings

  • On iPhone
  1. Go to your phone’s Settings.
  2. Open the Mobile option.
  3. Select Mobile Data Network.
  4. Tap on each field and enter the details found below.
  • On Android

  3. Go to Access Point Names.
  4. Tap New APN to add.
  5. Enter the correct values for each field.

  1. Name: Assurance
  2. APN: internet
  3. MCC: 470
  4. MNC: 02
  5. APN type: default,fota,mms,supl
  6. APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
  7. APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Note: For values such as the username and password, just leave them blank.

4. Wipe Cache Partition on Your Wireless Assurance Phone

However, there are instances when you need to perform a more drastic troubleshooting step.

Now, this step is only for Android phones.

  1. Turn your device off.
  2. Press the Volume Down and Power buttons to boot it into Recovery Mode.
