The power cycle procedure is conducted alternatively based on your Roku device type, so let’s learn how to perform the process correctly.

- Unplug the external USB power supply of the Roku.
- Unplug the Roku streaming stick from the TV’s back.
- Wait 60 seconds while the streaming stick is disabled.
- Plug the Roku streaming stick and power on your unit.

- Unplug the power adapter out of the Roku box and A/C.
- Wait for 60 seconds while the Roku player is discharging.
- Reconnect Roku’s power cable back into the power supply.
